Once you arrive at Jongno Station, where the WeRide Seoul Tram Shop is located, you’ll first receive a mandatory safety briefing and be fitted with safety gear (helmet and harness) before heading to board the tram with your guide. This process is required for all participants, so please make sure to arrive 20 minutes before your reservation time.

Insa-dong!
Often called the “Street of Traditional Korean Culture,” Insa-dong is the first area we’ll introduce as we ride by. It’s also home to a charming antique street, filled with traditional crafts, vintage treasures, and the lively buzz of Seoul’s old-meets-new charm.

✦ Meeting Point
We will meet on the second floor of our building, `Le Meiller Jongno Town`. Take the escalotor up to find us easily and see the map below!
Passengers are kindly asked to arrive 20 minutes before the reserved time for ticketing, safety training and equipment fitting.
This is a mandatory process before boarding, and participation in the tour will not be permitted without completing the safety instructions.
‣ Jeongdong Observatory – Seoul City Hall Annex

Located on the 13th floor of the Seoul City Hall annex in Seosomun, this observatory offers sweeping views over Jeong-dong, Deoksugung Palace, Seoul City Hall, Seoul Square, and even Inwang Mountain on clear days.

Inside, visitors can relax in furnished seating areas, view historical photos of the area from the early 1900s, and enjoy guide assistance.
‣ Gwanghwamun Square

The historic heart of Seoul, Gwanghwamun Square is a wide open plaza stretching between Gwanghwamun Gate and City Hall.

Here you’ll find the iconic statues of King Sejong and Admiral Yi Sun-sin, surrounded by fountains, cultural exhibits, and a backdrop of Gyeongbokgung Palace and Bugaksan Mountain.

It’s the perfect place to feel Seoul’s history and modern energy all at once.

‣ Jongno Station

At the end of the tour, return to the WeRide Shop to drop off your safety gear and collect your belongings.

FAQ

All the tour leaves the exact time so you need to come early.

❖ Participants should arrive 20-30min before hand and expect to finish 30min after tour end. This is to allow for helmet fitting and equipment returns.
Our official minimum age limit is 15 due to our safety policy.
If you’re taller than 100cm (3.3ft) you can participate.

The Seoul Tram Tour will only operate if at least two participants are confirmed for the time slot. If the number of reservations is fewer than two, and no additional bookings are made by two days before the tour date, we may ask you to adjust your schedule. We kindly ask for your understanding.
