Weride Terms and Condition
Article 1 (Purpose)
These integrated terms and conditions are used to join and use the Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as “services”) provided by Weridekorea.com Internet Shopping Mall (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) operated by Weride Co., Ltd. with one ID. The purpose is to define the rights and responsibilities and obligations of the users of WeRide Co. LTD (weridekorea.com) services and users.
Article 2 (Definition)
β “Company” means a virtual business place set up by Weride Co., Ltd. in order to provide goods or services (hereinafter referred to as “goods, etc.”) to users by using information and communication facilities such as computers. In addition, it is also used as a business operator operating an internet shopping mall. β‘ βUserβ refers to members and non-members who access the βCompanyβ and receive the services provided by the βCompanyβ according to these terms and conditions. β’ ‘Member’ refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the “Company”, who continuously receives the information of the “Company” and can continuously use the services provided by the “Company”. β£ ‘Non-member’ refers to a person who uses the service provided by the “Company” without signing up for membership.
Article 3 (Specification, explanation and revision of terms and conditions)
β “Company” is the contents of this agreement, the name of the company and the representative, the address of the place of business (including the address where consumers can handle complaints), phone number, e-mail address, business registration number, mail order number, Personal information managers, etc. are posted on the initial service screen (front) of the Internet shopping mall so that users can easily understand them, but the contents of the terms and conditions can be viewed by the user through the connection screen. β‘ “Company” provides a separate connection screen or pop-up screen to allow users to understand important information such as subscription withdrawal, delivery responsibility, and refund terms among the contents specified in the agreement before the user agrees to the agreement. Article 4 (service provision and change)
β “Company” performs the following tasks. 1. Providing information on goods or services and signing a purchase contract 2. Other tasks set by the βCompanyβ β‘ The βCompanyβ is out of stock or technical specifications of goods or services In the case of, etc., the contents of goods or services to be provided may be changed by the contract concluded in the future. In this case, the contents and date of delivery of the changed goods or services are specified, and the current goods or services are posted immediately. β’ When the contents of the service contracted with the user to be provided by the “Company” are changed for reasons such as out of stock, such as goods, or changes in technical specifications, the reason is immediately notified to the address that can notify the user. β£ In the case of the preceding paragraph, the “Company” compensates the user for the damages. However, this is not the case when the βCompanyβ proves that there is no intention or negligence.
Article 5 (Suspension of Service)
β “Company” may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of reasons such as maintenance and inspection, replacement and malfunction of information and communication facilities such as computers, or loss of communication. β‘ The βCompanyβ compensates for damages suffered by users or third parties due to the temporary suspension of service provision for the reason of paragraph 1. However, this is not the case if the “Company” proves that there is no intention or negligence. β’ In the event that the service cannot be provided due to the conversion of business items, abandonment of business, integration between companies, etc., the “Company” notifies the user in the manner specified in Article 8, and the consumer in accordance with the conditions originally proposed by the “Company” Rewards.
Article 6 (member registration)
β The user applies for membership by filling out the member information according to the registration form set by the “Company” and then expressing his intention to agree to these terms. β‘ βCompanyβ shall register as a member unless the following applies among users who have applied for membership as in paragraph 1. 1. Article 7 (withdrawal of membership and disqualification)

In this case, the member is notified of this, and a period of at least 30 days prior to the cancellation of membership registration is given to give an opportunity to call.
Article 8 (Notification to Members)
β When the “Company” notifies the member, the member can make an e-mail address specified in advance with the “Company”. β‘ “Company” can replace individual notices by posting on the “Company” bulletin board for more than one week in the case of notice to unspecified members. However, individual notices are given for matters that have a significant impact on the member’s transaction.
Article 9 (Purchase application)
Users of the “Company” apply for the purchase on the “Company” by the following or similar method, and the “Company” must provide each of the following in an easy-to-understand manner when the user applies for the purchase. Article 10 (Establishment of contract)

Article 11 (Payment method)
Payment methods for goods or services purchased from the Company can be made by any of the following methods. However, the “Company” cannot collect any nominal fees in addition to the payment of goods for the user’s payment method. 1. Online bankbook deposit 2. Payment of various prepaid cards, debit cards, credit cards, etc. 3. Payment after payment 4. Payment via 3rd party Travel agent/OTA 5. Online payment Payoneer or Paypal, Naver pay, Kakao Pay. Article 12 (Notification of receipt, change and cancellation of purchase application)
β “Company” notifies the user of receipt if there is a purchase request from the user. β‘ In the event that there is a discrepancy in the intention of receipt, the user who has received the confirmation of receipt can immediately request a change or cancellation of the purchase application after receiving the confirmation of receipt, and the “Company” requests without delay if requested by the user before delivery. Article 13 (supply of goods, etc.)

Article 14 (Refund)
Cancellation by you:
Guests can cancel until 7 days before the Experience start time for a full refund, or within 24 hours of booking as long as the booking is made more than 48 hours before the start time.

Cancellations on the day of the tour, less than 24hrs before the tour time are treated as a no show and no refund or reschedule can be offered.
No Show:
Customers that do not show up on time for the tour are classified as no show and effectively have canceled their booking with no refund and no reschedule options.
The tour time advertised is from departure to finish however 30 min either side of tour time is required to setup the tour and return equipment. Customers that fail to show up 30 minutes before the tour time will not be permitted to participate and will be classified as a no show since sufficient safety preparationas for the tour cannot be made.
Cancellation by the tour operator:
Some tours are subject to a minimum number of participants. Should a tour operator cancel a tour due to an insufficient number of participants, or any other reason, you are entitled to a refund of funds paid toward the tour or may have an option to apply those funds toward another tour. Weride will refund your payments within 5-7 business days. Weride will not cancel due to adverse weather unless it is categorized as extreme weather and represents a safety risk. In the event of rain, the tour will continue and raincoats are available as part of the tour, for rental or for purchase depending on the tour item.Refunds
Weride has a strict no refund policy for tour canceled under 24hrs before the tour time and no show customers. If tours are canceled more than 24hours before the tour time it can be rescheduled and/or credit can be recorded for use at a later date in your name. Cancellations 7 days before the tour time may receive a full refund. Exceptions to these rules are extreme circumstances such as death, injury or natural disaster that prevent the customer from attending the tour. Evidence must be provided and eligibility for refund is at the discretion of Weride. Weride will always strive to be fair to each customer and treat circumstances on an individual basis.
Article 17 (Personal Information Protection)
β The “Company” strives to protect the personal information of the “Member” as prescribed by related laws and regulations, such as the “Information and Communication Network Act”. Regarding the protection and use of personal information, the relevant laws and the privacy policy of the “Company” apply. However, the “Company” privacy policy does not apply to linked sites other than the “Company” official site. β‘ βCompanyβ complies with the personal information expiration date system stipulated by the Information and Communication Network Act, and personal information of customers who have not used our information and communication service for one year is destroyed by a procedure or separately stored and managed to protect personal information Policy is being promoted. β’ βCompanyβ does not use the personal information provided by the user for purposes other than those specified in this agreement without the consent, or provide it to third parties for any purpose beyond the scope of the purpose of performing member services.
Article 18 (transmission and provision of information)
β The βCompanyβ may provide various information that the βMemberβ deems necessary during the use of the βServiceβ to the βMemberβ by means of announcements or e-mails. However, “members” may opt out of receiving e-mail at any time except for transaction-related information and customer inquiries, etc. in accordance with applicable laws. β‘ In the case of attempting to transmit the information in paragraph 1 by telephone or copying and transmitting equipment, it is transmitted with the prior consent of the βmemberβ. However, there is an exception in replying to “Member” ‘s transaction related information and customer inquiries.
Article 19 (Obligations of the “Company”)
β “Company” shall not do anything that is prohibited by the law and this agreement or contrary to public order and morals, and must do its best to provide goods and services consistently and stably as prescribed by this agreement. β‘ “Company” must have a security system to protect users’ personal information (including credit information) so that users can safely use the Internet service. β’ “Company” is responsible for reimbursing users for damages caused by misappropriating advertisement activities prescribed in Article 3 of the γAct on Fairness of Labeling and Advertisingγ for products or services. β£ “Company” does not send commercial e-mail for commercial purposes that users do not want.
Article 20 (Obligations of Users)
The user should not conduct the following. 1. Registration of false information when signing the waiver or making booking 2. Theft of information by others 3. Change of information posted on the βCompanyβ 4. Transmission or posting of information (computer programs, etc.) other than the information specified by the βCompanyβ 5. Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the “Company” or other third parties 6. Acts that damage the reputation of the “Company” or other third parties or interfere with business 7. Indecent or violent messages, images, voices, or other violations of public order and morals Disclosing or posting information to Internet shopping malls
Article 21 (Copyright attribution and use restrictions)
β Copyright and other intellectual property rights to works created by the Company are attributable to the Company. β‘ The user may use information for which intellectual property rights belong to the “company” among the information obtained by using the “company” for commercial purposes by copying, sending, publishing, distributing, broadcasting or other methods without prior consent of the “company” or third You shouldn’t let them use it. β’ “Company” must notify the user in case of using the copyright belonging to the user according to the agreement. β£ The user is entirely responsible for the damage caused by the user using the information posted on the βCompanyβ without signing a product purchase and service use contract with the βCompanyβ.
Article 22 (member’s post and copyright)
β Post refers to posts, photos, and various files and links posted by members while using the service. β‘ In case of any damage or other problems caused by the member’s posting, the member is responsible for this, and the “Company” is not responsible. β’ The βCompanyβ may post, fall, modify, delete, move, or refuse registration related matters without prior consent of the member.
-In case of content that causes serious insults or damages reputation to other members or third parties
-Distributing or linking contents that violate public order and morals
-Contents that promote illegal copying or hacking
-In case of receiving a request to stop posting due to infringement of the copyright of a third party
-For commercial purposes
-If the content is objectively recognized as being related to a crime
-In case of content that infringes other rights such as copyrights of other users or third parties
-In the case of personal political judgment or religious opinion, the company determines that it does not conform to the nature of the service
-If it is inconsistent with the principle of posting posted by the company or does not conform to the nature of the bulletin board
-If it is judged to violate other related laws
β£ The copyright of the post posted by the member belongs to the posted member. However, the “Company” may use the member’s post for the purpose of operation, exhibition, transmission, distribution, and promotion of the service in accordance with the fair practices provided for in the Copyright Act without charge from the member. β€ In order to use the member’s post in any way other than the preceding paragraph, the “Company” must obtain the member’s consent in advance through methods such as telephone, fax, and e-mail. β₯ When a member terminates the use contract, posts reposted or duplicated by others, stored, etc., posts provided in combination with others’ posts, and posts registered on the public bulletin board are not deleted.
Article 23 (Dispute Resolution)
β “Company” installs and operates a damage compensation processing mechanism to reflect the legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to compensate for the damage. β‘ The “Company” preferentially handles complaints and opinions submitted by users. However, if prompt processing is difficult, the user is immediately notified of the reason and schedule. β’ In the event of a user’s request for remedy related to an e-commerce dispute between the βCompanyβ and the user, it may be subject to mediation by the Fair Trade Commission or the dispute settlement agency requested by the city / province governor.
Article 24 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)
β Lawsuits regarding e-commerce disputes between the βCompanyβ and users shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Western District Court. However, if the address or residence of the user is not clear at the time of the complaint, or if you are a foreign resident, you must file it with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act. β‘ Korean law applies to e-commerce lawsuits filed between the Company and users.
Article 25 (Special Rules)
β Matters not specified in these terms and conditions are subject to the provisions of the Framework Act on Electronic Transactions, the Electronic Signature Act, the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, and other related laws, as well as domestic and international travel standard terms and conditions. WeRide aims to make the ordering process as user friendly and informative as possible. We Try to keep in touch with the customer until the order has been completed and the product delivered. We will happily try to accommodate special order requests and wholesale orders. Payment, Pricing & Promotions
WeRideKorea continually strives to give our customers the best value for money. We try to maintain the lowest possible price on all products at all times whilst still maintaining high standards of customer service, support and Product warranty.
Where possible further discounts may be given as part of a limited period promotion or sale.
Reduced prices for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.
General:
Participants must be of legal age to consent to the terms and conditions of a weride tour or be accompanied by a guardian who may legally consent on behalf of the minor in question.
Persons under the age of 15 may not be admitted on the tour. Persons with poor health, heart conditions, high blood pressure should not join the tour. All participants are responsible for their own safety, belongings and actions. Weride takes all prudent measures to assist in the safety of participants and their belongings however the liability ultimately rests with the participant.
Changes:
Changes you make after submitting your booking request such as changing tour time, date, number of people, course, food options will always be considered and we will strive to accommodate them however the following terms act as a good guideline of our reasonable limitations and consideration:
Changes may alter the cost of the tour. In this case (where changes are possible) the customer may be subject to additional charges. Changes less than 72 hours before the tour start time may not be accommodated Changes to Private/custom tours must be made more than 10 days before the tour date. Changes less than 10 days before the tour date may not be accommodated. Please be as sure as possible of your plans when you book.
Cancellation by you:
Cancellations must be made to weride in writing via email, fax or mail. Cancellation fees may apply if tour booking expenses are incurred. Please note that weride cancellation fees usually increase as the tour date approaches.
Cancellation less than 72 hours before the tour start time will be treated as a late cancellation and be subject to our late cancellation policy. Cancellations of Private/custom tours must be made more than 10 days before the tour date. Cancellations less than 10 days before the tour date may not be accommodated and may be treated as a late cancellation and be subject to our late cancellation policy. Weride does not process a refund for cancellations. The tour can be rescheduled or credit may be given if within the appropriate cancellation period. Weride will send notification during its normal business hours and no later than 24 hours after receipt. Due to time differences, cancellation notifications by weride may not be received by the operator until the next business day.
Late cancellation policy: No refund, no reschedule, no credit.

Limitation of liability:
The responsibility of weride and/or our agents and representatives is strictly limited. weride does organize its own tours and has reasonable safety measures in place to prevent accident or injury however customers ride independently of the guide and many factors are beyond our control so as such weride assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by through acts or defaults of any party engaged in conveying the passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour.
By using the services of the suppliers or by submitting a booking request through weride, you agree that you will not hold weride and its agents or representatives liable for any accident, injury, costs, property damage, theft or personal loss. Any lawsuit arising out of the terms and conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of the country in which the tour operator has its primary place of business.
By submitting a booking request, you agree, warrant and covenant as follows: In consideration of the acceptance of this booking request, you hereby, for yourself, your heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, and anyone entitled to act on your behalf, release and discharge weride, its representatives, agents and employees, from any and all claims of injury or damages suffered by you as a result of your participation in or traveling to or from bicycle tours presented by weride or developed for you. You know that bicycle riding is potentially hazardous. You should not ride unless you are medically able and properly trained. You assume all risks associated with riding, including but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effect of the weather, traffic, and conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by you. You realize that bicycling is a strenuous activity that requires proper physical conditioning. You hereby certify that you are in such physical condition and good health.
Every participant who is a member of a tour with weride has a personal responsibility to read and agree to these terms and conditions before booking and or riding on our tours. The booking party will be asked to read, agree and sign these terms and conditions before the tour commences. No person may ride unsigned and refusal to sign is categorized as a cancellation on the customers request. You assume all liability for individuals included on the booking form who are not members of your family.

Every participant who is a member of a tour with weride has a personal responsibility to read and agree to these terms and conditions before booking and or riding on our tours. The booking party will be asked to read, agree and sign these terms and conditions before the tour commences. No person may ride unsigned and refusal to sign is categorized as a cancellation on the customers request. You assume all liability for individuals included on the booking form who are not members of your family.
Accuracy of information
Please note that most tour content is subject to change depending on factors such as weather condition, customer interest, the guide speciality. The information featured/advertised is an example of what may occur but may not 100% reflect the actual content and conditions on the tour day. Weride will always strive to deliver a wonderful experience and satisfy your expectations.
Personal responsibility
We can not stress strongly enough the importance of wearing a helmet on even the shortest, easiest ride. Weride will always provide helmets, it is the customers responsibility to use them and wear them correctly. Do not ride without a helmet!
Water is provided by the tour operator. It is the customers responsibility to drink the water and stay hydrated.
Gloves are not provided by the tour operator. It is strongly recommended to bring and wear gloves during the tour. This will prevent discomfort during a minor fall. Basic gloves can be purchased in any convenience store for under 2 USD!
Participants should all wear appropriate clothing, namly flat sturdy shoes and socks above the ankles as well as clothing appropriate to the weather conditions. Customers will not be allowed to join a tour with inappropriate footwear (thongs, flip flops, loose fitting sandals, high heels, bare feet etc). Customers will not be allowed to join a tour with clothing that obstructs movement or rider visibility. Customers with inappropriate attire will be treated according to our late cancellation policy.
You are responsible for your personal health being up to the physical demands of the tour. If you have any questions about a tourβs level of difficulty, please ask us. You are also responsible for compliance with the laws of each country you visit, including all traffic regulations.
